What You'll Do

SpearPoint Engineering’s Target Digital Network Analysts provide the foundational intelligence that enables effective Cyber Network Operations. Our TDNAs specialize in discovering, profiling, and sustaining insight into digital targets—transforming fragmented data into actionable mission understanding.

These analysts combine SIGINT expertise, open-source research, and digital pattern analysis to generate leads, maintain target continuity, and identify intelligence gaps. Their work ensures missions are informed, focused, and aligned with evolving operational priorities.

Core Capabilities

  • Conduct advanced analysis of collection data and open-source information to generate actionable insights and leads

  • Establish and maintain target continuity by profiling digital identities, activities, and network behaviors

  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend tailored collection strategies to close them

  • Maintain and manage targeting, tasking, and analytic databases

  • Apply pattern recognition techniques across communications, network usage, and digital footprints

  • Integrate multiple analytic disciplines to develop comprehensive target understanding

  • Collaborate with government, military, and contractor partners to align analysis with mission requirements

  • Form, test, and refine analytic hypotheses through structured querying, enrichment, correlation, and data pivoting

  • Clearly document and contextualize findings to support operational planning and intelligence consumers

  • Develop and deliver technically sound intelligence products that meet ICD 203 standards, incorporating proper sourcing, confidence assessments, alternative analysis, and analytic transparency

What is Needed

  • Relevant experience

  • TS/SCI with any type of polygraph

  • 4+ years of experience, which is tied to a degree and specific level
